Work through the online modules before attending so your practical time is used properly.
3. Attend your training

Helen’s honest bit: In-person training still requires practice afterwards. I cannot wave a pair of tweezers and transfer 18 years of muscle memory into your hands — rude, I know. What I can do is spot problems quickly, explain them clearly and stop you practising the wrong thing.
