• Any items sent without approval won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues

• Check your parcel when it arrives.

• If something is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us straight away with photos and your order number.

• We’ll review the issue and sort it quickly for you.

Sensitivity & Allergy Refund Policy

• Everyone’s skin is different and reactions can vary.

• If you’re prone to sensitivity or allergies, speak to a GP, dermatologist or healthcare professional before purchasing.

• All ingredient lists are shown clearly so you can check suitability.

• Refunds, exchanges and store credit aren’t offered for reactions caused by allergies or sensitivities.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Opened beauty products can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.

• Perishable goods, personalised items and custom orders aren’t eligible for return.

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases can’t be returned.

• Gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

• We don’t offer direct exchanges.

• If you want a different item, return the original after approval and place a new order.

• Prices may change at any time, and previous prices aren’t matched.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

• If your order is shipped to an EU address, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason.

• Items must be unused, sealed and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
